Your system converts sunlight falling on your roof directly into electricity using a process known as the “photovoltaic effect”. The system consists of photovoltaic (PV) modules, which is fixed securely on your rooftop with a structurally design and engineered railing and a DC to- AC inverter for converting the DC electricity produced by the panels into grid-compatible AC electricity. This inverter will keep you up to date on how your system is performing.

Your system is connected directly to the switchboard / sub-board that deliver's your homeselectricity. You are therefore able to use the electricity generated by your system directlyinside your home, any excess that is unused is fed back into the electricity distribution network for credit by your energy retailer. This is known as a NET metering system.

At night or in conditions of extremely low light the system will shut down and there will be no information on the screen of your inverter, it will resume operation when the light is adequate again.
